If you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck—you’re not alone.
Hi, I’m Sara! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a deep commitment to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s complexities. Since beginning my practice in 2022, I’ve focused on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions in a space that feels safe, warm, and judgment-free.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but above all, it’s grounded in humanity. I believe in “being a human with a human”—showing up authentically so my clients don’t feel like they’re talking to an authority figure, but rather to someone who truly gets it and can walk alongside them with empathy and insight.
I also recognize the essential role families play in the healing process. I offer support for parents and include family sessions when they empower and uplift the child’s therapeutic journey.
Whether you’re a young person seeking help or a parent looking for guidance, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and a little more equipped to face life’s challenges.

Hi, I’m Robyn— a therapist with the soul of an old poet and the heart of a curious kid. I practice relational-based therapy, which means I believe the connection between us is just as important as the work we do. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in relationships. So, I show up as a real person in the room with you: present, engaged, and human.
My style is warm, collaborative, and a little playful when it fits — because therapy can be deep and lighthearted. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, loss, sellf-worth, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to understand your story and create new, more fulfilling ways of being.
When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me sipping something warm, daydreaming, or wandering somewhere with too many books in my bag. Let’s find your path, at your pace — with gentleness, curiosity, and connection.
