If you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck—you’re not alone.
Hi, I’m Sara! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a deep commitment to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s complexities. Since beginning my practice in 2022, I’ve focused on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions in a space that feels safe, warm, and judgment-free.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but above all, it’s grounded in humanity. I believe in “being a human with a human”—showing up authentically so my clients don’t feel like they’re talking to an authority figure, but rather to someone who truly gets it and can walk alongside them with empathy and insight.
I also recognize the essential role families play in the healing process. I offer support for parents and include family sessions when they empower and uplift the child’s therapeutic journey.
Whether you’re a young person seeking help or a parent looking for guidance, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and a little more equipped to face life’s challenges.
If you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck—you’re not alone.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to understand yourself, grow, and move forward.
Hi, I’m Emma! I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an undergraduate background in Addiction Counseling. I’m passionate about creating a safe, genuine space where people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are. You’re not broken. You’re human and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should be a collaborative process. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity while helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship begins with trust, authenticity, and a space free of judgment. You should be able to show up as you are, be honest about where you’re at, and feel supported as you work toward where you want to be.
My background in addiction counseling has shaped my interest in the connection between mental health, substance use, coping, relationships, and life experiences. I believe every person’s story is different, and meaningful support starts with meeting you where you are.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply f...
